Cookie Policy

1. Introduction
This page explains how the website letzagents.lu uses (or rather doesn't use) cookies. At LetzAgents, we build privacy-respecting AI solutions :our website follows the same philosophy.
3. Our approach: zero tracking cookies
The website letzagents.lu does not use any tracking, advertising or profiling cookies.
Specifically, this means:
- No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight or other trackers
- No advertising or retargeting cookies
- No social media cookies
- No profiling or fingerprinting cookies
4. Cookieless analytics (Umami)
To measure our website traffic, we use Umami, an open-source solution self-hosted on our own European servers (Hetzner, Germany/Finland).
Umami is a privacy-respecting alternative to Google Analytics:
- No cookies are stored in your browser
- No IP address is collected or stored
- No unique identifier is assigned to you
- Impossible to track you across visits
- Impossible to personally identify you
- No data is shared with third parties
We only collect aggregated and anonymous statistics: page views, country of origin, device type, browser used.
7. Why no consent banner?
You may have noticed that our website does not display a cookie consent banner. This is not an oversight.
The ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, amended by 2009/136/EC) and the GDPR require a consent banner only when a site stores non-essential cookies (advertising, tracking analytics, etc.).
Since our site:
- Uses no tracking cookies
- Uses no advertising cookies
- Uses a cookieless analytics solution (Umami)
- Only stores strictly technical cookies (exempt from consent)
We are not legally required to display a consent banner. This is a design choice from the start: respect your privacy rather than asking you to click "Accept".
